Refund and cancellation

01What this covers

This page explains how payment, cancellation and refunds work for our programmes. It repeats section 5 of our Terms of use, which take priority if the two ever differ. Consulting and project work is covered by the written proposal you approve.

02Payment

The fee is payable in full before the programme starts, unless the programme page offers part payment or we agree otherwise in writing. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Before you register, we confirm the start date and the timetable in writing.

Where a programme offers part payment, you can pay half when you register and the balance by the date shown on the programme page. Until the balance is paid, we withhold the recordings and course materials, practice test access after the date shown, and your certificate of training. They are released when the balance is paid, including after the due date.

03If you cancel

• To cancel, email contact@nodesandsystems.com.
• If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, we refund the fee in full.
• If you cancel later than that, or once the programme has started, the fee is not refundable. We may offer you a place on a later cohort.

04If we change or cancel a programme

If we postpone or cancel a programme, you can choose a full refund or a place on another cohort.

05How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the account the fee came from, in the currency you paid in, within 14 days of being agreed.
