01About these terms

This website is run by Nodes & Systems Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9591050), with its registered office at No. 42A Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt. These terms apply when you use the website and when you enquire about our services or programmes. By using the website, you accept them.

02Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, or to the systems that run it.
• Disrupt the website, or introduce anything harmful to it.
• Use the enquiry form to send anything misleading, offensive or unsolicited.

03Information on the website

The information on this website is general. It is not advice for your particular circumstances, which we give only within an agreed engagement. We take care to keep the website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything on it is complete or current.

04Enquiries and engagements

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement between us. Work begins only once you approve a written proposal, or for personal development a written outline of sessions, setting out the scope, what we will deliver and the fees. That proposal, and any agreement we sign with you, governs the work, and takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

05Programmes

Programme fees are shown on each programme page and apply at the time you register. Before you register, we confirm the start date and the timetable in writing.

• Payment. The fee is payable in full before the programme starts, unless the programme page offers part payment or we agree otherwise in writing. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
• Part payment. Where a programme offers it, you can pay half of the fee when you register and the balance by the date shown on the programme page. Your place is confirmed once the first half is received. Until the balance is paid, we withhold the recordings and course materials, practice test access after the date shown, and your certificate of training. They are released when the balance is paid, including after the due date. The cancellation terms below apply to whatever you have paid.
• Cancelling. You can cancel by emailing us. If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, we refund the fee in full. If you cancel later than that, or once the programme has started, the fee is not refundable, but we may offer you a place on a later cohort.
• If we change or cancel a programme. If we postpone or cancel a programme, you can choose a full refund or a place on another cohort.
• Refunds are paid to the account the fee came from, in the currency you paid in, within 14 days of being agreed.

Our programmes prepare you for professional certification exams. Those exams are set and administered by the certifying bodies, and passing them depends on your own performance, so we cannot guarantee a result.

06Our content

The text, drawings and design of this website belong to Nodes & Systems Ltd, or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, publish or use them commercially without our written permission. Materials we provide during an engagement or programme are for your own use.

07Links to other websites

Where this website links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

08Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Your information

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy notice.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
