Questions
How are sessions priced?
We understand what you need before we set a fee. After an initial consultation, we send you a written outline of the sessions, what they will cover and the fee, for you to agree before we begin.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you want to achieve. The outline suggests a number of sessions, and we review it with you as you go.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. Sessions can be held online or in person.
Do you work with groups and institutions?
Yes. We run group and institutional sessions as well as one-to-one work.
What to bring
Before your first session, it helps to think about, or bring:
- 01Your CV, or a short summary of your experience.
- 02What you want to change, and by when.
- 03Any decisions you are weighing at the moment.
- 04Any study or programme you are considering.
- 05For groups: who the sessions are for and what they should achieve.
