Scale 1:100. Organisations & Projects
Projects slip when plans are not trusted and nobody sees the real position early enough.
We give projects a plan that people can trust and a clear view of where the work stands, early enough to act on it.

How we work on a project
-
01Survey
Understand
We review the schedule, the reporting and the way decisions are made, to establish where the work truly stands and what is holding the project back.
-
02Markup
Solve
We rebuild the plan around realistic logic, resources and dependencies, arriving at a schedule the whole team can trust and the sponsors can readily approve.
-
03Built
Build
We support delivery, project controls and reporting as the work proceeds, leaving the methods and the trained people in place to keep the work on course.
Questions
How is the work priced?
Every engagement is scoped before it is priced. Following initial consultations, we issue a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables and fees for approval before work begins.
How long will you be involved?
As long as the project needs us, from a short review to support through to completion. The proposal states the period.
Can you work alongside our existing team or consultants?
Yes. We can lead, support or review, depending on what the work needs.
Can you support part of a project rather than all of it?
Yes. We can take on any single stage, whether planning, controls or delivery support.
What to bring
Before we first meet, it helps to have:
- 01The current schedule or programme, in any format.
- 02Recent progress and cost reports.
- 03The contract or scope of work, and the key milestones.
- 04Who is involved: sponsor, project team, contractors.
- 05The decisions or deadlines you are facing.
